To run the extract program (psmslrd.for) first modify the line 

IF(CCODE.EQ.'680'.AND.SCODE.EQ.'141')THEN

to the country and station code you have looked up in the catalog.  
Then compile etc.  The line of code to modify is a few lines before 
the sub LATLON.
