    Santa Barbara Channel - Santa Maria Basin Circulation Study

    SHIPBOARD ADCP DATA

    This page documents the shipboard ADCP dataset from the Santa Barbara Channel/Santa Maria Basin Circulation Study funded by the Minerals Management Service (MMS). This project is ongoing; the ADCP surveys began in April of 1992 with Cruise 2. In the future, this page will discusses the collection, processing, and calibration of the data, and show maps and transects from each cruise. For now, a brief overview of the dataset is given.
